Hi! I’m Heidi, the founder and primary advisor here at Helix. Currently, I am based and largely work out of Boston, but welcome clients from across the US.

I attended Princeton University, where I studied molecular biology and neuroscience, did lots of research, and participated in dance groups. I also spent all 4 years providing college counseling through a non-profit and guided students into their dream schools like Harvard, Penn, the University of California, and more.

College counseling was integral to my success as an applicant. As an incoming first year, I immediately knew I wanted to provide the same service to enable others to attend their dream schools. I received extensive training through the organization I mentored for, and even more hands-on advising experience that gives me the skills and understanding to help you succeed.

My advising strategy recognizes that this is your process. I provide guidance that pushes you in the direction of success, as well as support that grants you freedom over your application. I’ll help you understand your goals, showcase your personality, and put your best foot forward throughout the entire college application process. I look forward to working with you!
